Marcus Houghtaling and eighth grader Declan Mueller are Nassau County champions! The two wrestlers, along with teammates Liam Roberts and Aidan Russo, competed in the Section VIII Division 2 championships on Feb. 14 and 15, finishing sixth as a team. Houghtaling, Mueller and county finalist Roberts all qualified for the state tournament on Feb. 28 and March 1. Russo earned an All-Conference designation for his fifth-place finish. Congrats to these boys and the wrestling team for their hard work all season.
