Cyndy Ergen, the district’s Community Liaison & Language Interpreter, was honored by the Dominican Chamber of Commerce of Long Island during its Hispanic Heritage Month celebration on Oct. 13, 2026.
Held at Jovia Financial Credit Union in Westbury, the event brought community members together to celebrate Hispanic culture, heritage and connections.
The district congratulates Ergen on this recognition and thanks her for her work supporting communication and connections between the district and its families.
