Locust Valley Middle and High School community members explored the cuisines, games and traditions of more than a dozen different cultures at International Night on March 5. Students, parents and alumni went from table to table to tour the world and make friends, try new foods and drinks, and build crafts. The Locust Valley community also welcomed Mineola High School’s dance troupe, Al Ritmo de Nuestros Raices, which performed several times and opened up the dance floor to all to end the night.
