Locust Valley High School will host a blood drive in the mini theater on March 1 from 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. All donors must be at least 16 years of age. If you are 16, please fill out the attached forms in English or Spanish to participate. If you are 17 or older, you do not need a permission slip.
