On April 8, students and staff from across the district converged at Locust Valley Middle School/High School to get a glimpse of the partial solar eclipse. Students were sent home with special eclipse glasses by their schools the Friday before so they could gaze at the rare and wondrous event. Eclipse glasses were also donated to the schools by our local libraries.
