Locust Valley Middle School recently honored nine students for their acts of kindness throughout March. Justin Acosta Pineda, Dila Agir, Lauren Baxter, Jameson Blydenburgh, Liam Doherty, Hayden Elferis, Gavin Hoban, Thomas Simon and Eliana Wieczorek were observed by classmates and staff performing acts of kindness around the school.
The acts of kindness included asking the teacher how they could help a new student get up to speed in class, sharing supplies to help another group finish their project and helping a student on crutches around the hallways all day.
